Darren works with teams to build a culture of inspirational leadership, cascading positive and empowering behaviours through organisations, encouraging leaders to be unafraid of open dialogue and equipping them to lead with courage.

 

With nearly 30 years of leadership experience working in three of the world’s most innovative and creative global brands - The Body Shop, Nike and Peloton - Darren recognised that coaching was at the heart of his leadership style, going on to devote his career to helping leaders to embrace their role as a privilege, not a burden. His primary objective is to help leaders to develop acute self-awareness, leading and motivating their teams authentically and consistently.

Personal Detail

 

Darren is an active competitive cyclist and has completed four L’Etape du Tour races. He is also currently studying for a diploma in Sports Psychology.​​
