Meet David

David Pilbeam, Diagnostics Lead and Senior Coach

David has decades of experience running businesses, delivering organisational change projects and working as an Operations Director in the leisure sector.

 

He now focuses on one-to-one coaching, team coaching and leadership development.

 

David takes a pragmatic approach to his work, encouraging leaders to first clarify their picture of success and then make it happen. His style has been described as challenging and motivating, helping leaders to apply new learning in their work, solving real problems and making sense of experiences. David is naturally supportive and encouraging, but never shy of asking the tough questions.
