David has decades of experience running businesses, delivering organisational change projects and working as an Operations Director in the leisure sector.

 

He now focuses on one-to-one coaching, team coaching and leadership development.

 

David takes a pragmatic approach to his work, encouraging leaders to first clarify their picture of success and then make it happen.
