Meet Francesca

A Chartered Accountant (FCA), with 8 years as a financial auditor at PwC, Francesca’s combined experience brings a commercial edge to her practice. She is as enthused with commercial discussions as making real change happen through a business-led agenda.

 

In 2010, Francesca switched career tracks into organisational development. It was early on as an OD specialist when she fell in love with working with teams - this coincided with the burgeoning popularity and discipline of team coaching as a professional craft.

 

By nature, Francesca is a 'maximiser'; she is passionate about the power of teaming in driving sustainable business and improving organisational health. For over a decade, she has focused exclusively on executive and leadership team coaching.

Personal Detail

​Francesca recently relocated to Bath after 21 years of living in London. She’s enjoying immersing herself in Bath and Somerset life with its vibrant culture, full of adventures at her fingertips. She enjoys travelling, is a keen yogi and is obsessed with Formula 1.
