With over 25 years of experience in HR, talent management, leadership development and coaching, Jo’s background spans multiple client sectors including postal services, not-for-profits, media, medical, financial services, rail, maritime, construction, utilities and logistics.
Jo has held both generalist and specialist positions at divisional and group levels, including senior leadership, non-executive director and executive coaching roles. She has contributed to business transformation, organisational restructuring and leadership progression, including talent management responsibility for circa 140,000 employees.
